Over the last 6 months, we’ve discussed the Pasha Law 7 C’s – our corporate values that serve as the foundation for our legal services. In our final month of the series, we’ll discuss Courtesy and why this value sets our firm apart from others.
Regarding our value of Cost Reduction, Matt says that “Removing the billable hour component from our fee structure offers our monthly clients a valuable cost reduction, allowing them to allocate those funds to other areas of need.”
“Using our extensive experience helping businesses discern and address potential and outstanding risks and liabilities, Pasha Law promotes cost-effective strategies and minimizes monies spent on redundancies and expensive litigation.”-Rustam Abedinzadeh, Attorney
We’ve been highlighting our 7Cs – the values we believe are imperative for quality service. This month, we’ll discuss cost reduction – how efficient and effective work methodology helps reduce costs for our clients. Stay tuned as we ask our legal team how they uphold the value of Cost Reduction.
Attorney Matt Staub, discussing our value, Cooperation: “Practicing law isn’t a one-way street, but rather I’ve found that the best results are accomplished through cooperation between attorney and client.”
We asked our staff about their role models, and attorney Rustam Abedinzadeh said that his parents “taught us the value of hard work, loving your family and those around you, and being respectful to others.”
In regards to our 7 C’s value of Cooperation, Attorney Trang Pham says, “The collaboration and cooperation between our team members makes us effective in helping our clients, whether it’s to help meet client goals, solve a client issue, or to effectively help our clients avoid potential issues.”
“Where, after all, do universal human rights begin? In small places, close to home — so close and so small that they cannot be seen on any maps of the world. Unless these rights have meaning there, they have little meaning anywhere.”Eleanor Roosevelt.
Each month, we’re highlighting one of our 7C’s, the values upon which our company culture is built. In December, we’re asking our team what our value of Cooperation means to them. How does cooperation make a difference in business law? Find out later in the month!

We love our work. We love reviewing that lease for your new location. We thrive on closing that acquisition that nearly fell through. We’re fulfilled when we structure a business to grow, raise capital, and be legally protected.
We focus on developing close relationships with our clients by being like business partners. A partner who provides essential, personalized, proactive legal support.
We do all of this without utilizing the traditional billable hour model. You pay for the value we bring, not the time spent on calls, emails, and meetings.
Our team is made up of attorneys and staff that share these values and we are retained by clients who want the same.
Pasha Law PC operates in the states of California, Illinois, New York, and Texas.
